As written in previous posts; salads with spinach are one of my favorites! Fruits and nuts go really well with this veggie, so you can vary endless in making a spinach salad. Especially since there are many kinds of nuts and fruits through every season!

This salad is pure &  fresh and it is rich in protein, good fats, minerals, vitamins and anti-oxidants! I want to share the recipe so that you can enjoy this amazing taste and healthy stuff for your body.

Dressing (balsamic-yogurt-mustard dressing)

Recipe Notes

Enjoy this amazingly fresh salad! Don't forget to add some carbs if you haven't eaten them yet today or when you did a work-out or if you have a work-out planned!

Suggestion: some whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta or quinoa goes well with this salad. Don't you want grains? Then you can try roasted chickpeas or soybeans and use them as croutons on the salad!
