Pulses, everybody says: 2016! Yes, this year is the year of the pulses. Well, baking with pulses is not new for many of you. Actually more and more varieties pop up! People don’t stick with just the black bean or sweet potato brownies anymore. Not just pulses are being used in baking good, but ingredients like beets, lentils and beans are also often seen in healthy baking recipes these days.
Well, since I saw so healthy blondies coming by on Instagram, I wanted to make my own variety. That’s what I did with making “Skinny banana chickpea blondies”. But this time I decided trying to make blondies based on navy beans and peanut butter.
Therefore these blondies are very rich in protein. Also, they do not have gluten, butter, dairy or refined sugar.
These gluten-free, sugar-free and dairy-free blondies are super easy to make and not too sweet! They are very moist and cake-a-like. I hope you like them as much as I do!
